Can the Empower MP anti wrinkle and the Confidence injection cream concentrate be used on the decollete and neck????
We recommend using our Self Esteem neck treatments for the decollete. You could use the Empower & Confidence on that area as well but keep in mind that they were formulated for the skin of the face.
